How will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. Our couriers may deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Undelivered parcels

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered we will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping cost.
You will be notified to advise when the refund has been processed.

Refusal of parcels

If you refuse to accept a parcel after you have ordered it you will be liable for the return costs and any other costs that we have incurred in fulfilling your order.Payment methods
